About Justine
I’m an Integrative Health & Mental Health Coach, author, and trauma- and cancer-informed yoga teacher. My journey through emotional sensitivity, PMDD, and complex life experiences has taught me the value of self-awareness, self-support, and embracing all parts of yourself.
I combine somatic practices—techniques that help you tune into your body, release tension, and regulate emotions—with mental health coaching, which helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns, manage stress, and build lasting coping strategies. Together, these tools help you move through patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your body, and navigate life’s hormonal and emotional challenges with more ease.
I work with women across all stages—from PMS and PMDD to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond—supporting you through stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and the ups and downs of womanhood.
